VibroCast™ model VC100 can lift concrete elements up to 2.000 Kg with maximum dimensions w1400x1400 H 1100 mm.
Equipped with double tilting mold motor, adjustable rotation mold on tilting cylinders, quick couplings for the replacement of the molds without oil leaks, double hydraulic pump for oil separation machine/mold, 5th rotation wheel with separated and dedicated engine and gear, bronze-aluminum bushes, feed drawer covering 1400 mm without the need of additional arms or extra cylinders.
Upon request, all models can be implemented with numerous options including: tele-assistance, automatic greasing system, rack-work drawer system, hydraulic oil heating system, hydraulic oil cooling system, electric winch to lift platforms or steel cages, smoothing device, concrete bucket, ecc…

HYDRAULIC PRESS DEVICE
To allow the production of elements equipped with tapping profiles. The hydraulic press installed on the top of the vibratory molding machine guarantees higher compaction of the concrete, while at the same time creating the recess for the male / female joint on the upper part of the element.
